Social Media Management

  • Absolutely! The packages are developed based on our conversations during the discovery call and the discovery call questionnaire to best align with the client's goals. However, these packages can be modified to best fit the client's needs.

  • Posting will begin in the second month of the contract. The first month is dedicated to:

    • Establishing Communications: Setting up how we will communicate and share information.

    • Completing the Client Questionnaire: This helps us craft a tailored social media strategy.

    • Sharing Assets and Media: Providing logos, branding kits, videos, images, and other resources.

    • Developing the Content Calendar: Outlining what content will be posted and when.

    • Updating Social Media Bios and Highlights: Ensuring all profiles align with the brand.

  • The social media strategy is a comprehensive handbook we create for your brand. It includes:

    • Guidelines for content creation, posting, and engagement

    • Target audience profiles

    • Mission, values, and point of view (POV)

    • Unique value proposition

    • Competitive brand analysis

    • Three content pillars

    • Brand personality and tone of voice

    • Pillar content distribution by channel

    • Channel-specific guidelines

    • This serves as a roadmap for all your social media efforts.

    • We encourage our clients to share their own posts and stories as they see fit, but as social media managers, it's our duty to ensure that all content aligns with the brand guidelines. Therefore, we require that any media intended for sharing be communicated with the social media manager or project manager before posting.

    • To prevent any overlaps, we also ask that clients schedule their posts in the content calendar we create. This ensures that we're fully aware of your posting plans and can maintain a cohesive strategy.

  • No, you don’t need to purchase one yourself. However, we recommend investing in a scheduling platform to streamline content planning and reduce the stress of posting in real time.

  • No! Any content you share with us—or that we capture ourselves—will be edited, modified, or transformed into designs by our team.

Website Design

  • The website design process typically takes 8-12 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your feedback. If you’re on a tight schedule, we do offer an expedited service for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! You get to choose your domain, but we’re here to guide you if needed. We recommend a short, memorable domain without too many extra words. If you’d like suggestions, we’re happy to help.

  • The platform we choose depends on your long-term goals. If you’d like to manage future edits, we’ll go with a user-friendly platform that doesn’t require any coding.

  • Yes, your website will be designed to look great on all devices, from desktops to smartphones.

  • This depends on your needs. Ask yourself:

    • How often will I need to update the website?

    • What types of updates will I need to make?

    • Will I have time to make these updates, and do I want to?

Based on your answers, we can create a plan that works for you. For example, if you foresee regular updates, we can set up a monthly retainer. Alternatively, you can reach out as needed, and we’ll handle the updates for you.

  • If we select a platform that doesn’t require coding, then yes, you’ll be able to make updates on your own. During the design phase, we’ll handle all updates and changes. After the project is complete, you can manage updates—or, if you prefer, we can arrange an ongoing plan in which we handle them for you.

  • Yes, our websites are designed with SEO in mind. Most platforms we use offer built-in SEO tools, and we’ll show you how to monitor and improve your site’s performance. We’ll also guide you on how to handle inquiries and automated emails.

  • No, all of our website designs are custom-made to meet your specific goals and needs. We’ll present three distinct design concepts, each with a unique layout, and you’ll select the one you prefer.

  • Yes. If your website collects any type of data, Terms & Policies are required. This includes (but is not limited to) collecting email addresses, personal information, payment information, and data for advertising and analytics purposes. These documents help protect both you and your users.

  • We recommend consulting a qualified attorney to draft your Terms & Policies. While we do not provide legal writing services, we’re happy to collaborate with your chosen lawyer by sharing relevant website details and requirements to support their work.

  • Professional photography and videography are not required, but they are highly recommended. High-quality visuals elevate your website, reflect the quality of your work, and help set the tone for your brand. Strong visuals build trust and shape how potential clients perceive your business.

That said, we understand that every business is at a different stage of growth. Investing in a website is already a big step, and we fully respect that professional media may not be within your budget yet. If that’s the case, we’ll guide you in selecting intentional, on-brand stock imagery that aligns with your brand’s personality until you’re ready to upgrade.

  • Website copywriting is not included by default. However, we do provide structure guidance, content direction, and recommendations to ensure your copy aligns with your brand and user experience. Full copywriting services can be added upon request.

What to Expect

  • We encourage clients to be as involved as they’d like! Your input and feedback are vital to creating content that aligns with your brand and feels authentic. That said, we handle the majority (if not all) of the workload, depending on the package you select.

  • Website projects may be paused at the client’s request and reopened at any time during the year. Please note that a project reactivation fee will apply when work resumes to account for scheduling and workflow adjustments.

  • If more than two weeks pass without required feedback, approvals, or materials from the client, the project will be placed on pause. To resume work, a project reactivation fee will be required.

    • Yes. Expedited website design is available for an additional investment of $1,000 and allows your website to be designed and launched within 4 weeks. This option is ideal for clients with time-sensitive launches or upcoming milestones. To maintain the expedited timeline, prompt client communication, and next-business-day approvals are required throughout the project.

    • Standard website projects typically take 8–12 weeks, depending on scope and client responsiveness. Expedited timelines are reserved for a limited number of projects to ensure the same level of care, strategy, and attention to detail.

  •  We’ll send an invoice that can be paid via wire transfer or card. Payment is due within one week of the invoice date. After a 7-day grace period, a 10% late fee will be applied.

  • Yes! Clients can opt for payment plans or monthly payments, depending on their preference.

  • We’ll send you an invoice that can be paid via wire transfer or card. You’ll have one full week to complete the payment. If you decide to move forward with a three-payment plan, you will receive the first invoice upon signing the contract, the second invoice halfway through the project, and the final invoice in the last week of the project.
